Refund Policy

At The Bali Spa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Appointment Cancellations
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  2. Memberships and Packages
    • Refunds on prepaid memberships or packages are not available. However, transfers to another individual or credit for future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Gift Cards
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  4. Products Purchased
    • Refunds or exchanges for retail products are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  5. Service Satisfaction
    • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately. We will address your concerns and work to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, including offering a complimentary service adjustment if appropriate.
  6. Processing Time
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
